Operands

OperandDescription
SThe first operand.
Entries are BOOL data registers.
Bits 0 ~ n of this data register will be transferred to the data register, D.
DThe second operand.
Entries are only BOOL data registers.
This is where bits 0 ~ n will be transferred to from the data register, S.
nThe third operand.
Entries are WORD data registers or constants.
This is the range of bits that will be transferred from the data register, S to the data register, D.

The value range is 0 ~ 16.

Notice

Error Flag (F11.0) Notice

The error flag, F11.0, will be ON for one scan when the address of the data register assigned by @D exceeds the range of the data register, D. The range of the data register, D, is dependent on the CPU type. F11.0 turns ON when the value of the data for transferring S exceeds the value range of the data register D.

Ladder Diagram Examples

BITMOV

The BITMOV instruction transfers n number of bits starting at the BOOL data register, S, to the BOOL data register starting at D.

The BITMOV instruction transfers n number of bits starting at the BOOL data register, S, to the BOOL data register starting at D.

When the contact, M0.0, is powered ON (1), the instruction copies 3 bits starting at the BOOL data register, M1.D, into the BOOL data register startin

When the contact, M0.0, is powered ON (1), the instruction copies 3 bits starting at the BOOL data register, M1.D, into the BOOL data register starting at M2.3.

BITMOVP

The BITMOVP one-shot instruction transfers n number of bits starting at the BOOL data register, S, to the BOOL data register starting at D.

The BITMOVP one-shot instruction transfers n number of bits starting at the BOOL data register, S, to the BOOL data register starting at D. Every time this instruction executes, it energizes the output only once.

When the contact, M0.1, is powered ON (1), the instruction copies 2 bits starting at the BOOL data register, M4.0, into the BOOL data register startin

When the contact, M0.1, is powered ON (1), the instruction copies 2 bits starting at the BOOL data register, M4.0, into the BOOL data register starting at M4.5.
