RTD Module Setup in Expansion Module Configuration

Step 1: Hold CTRL to configure all channels at once.

Step 2: Click Setup to configure the RTD typedigital value rangedigital filter constant, or average time.

  • RTD Type:
    • Platinum 100 (PT100)
    • Japenese Platinum 100 (JPT100)
    • Platinum 1,000 (PT1000)
    • Nickel 1,000 (DIN43760)
    • Nickel 1,000 (TER5000)
    • Disable
  • Digital Value Range:
    • -192 ~ 16,191
    • -8,192 ~ 8,191
    • 0 ~ 16,000
    • -8,000 ~ 8,000
  • Digital Filter Constant:
    • Percentage value
  • Average Time:
    • Second Value

Step 3: Once the settings are configured, click OK to confirm and apply the changes.

Step 4: To save the configured parameters to the PLC, click Write.

Step 5: Click Read to check the parameters.

Step 6: For real-time monitoring and module diagnostics, click Status. This displays the current value, minimum and maximum values, firmware version of the module, and any error codes.
