ThruWave uses the 15.6” cMT3162Xv2 in our ThruWave Shepherd Benchtop Inspection System and the ThruWave Labeling Terminal to control and view results on the benchtop system and allow our customers to give feedback and data labeling on the labeling terminals.
The HMI seamlessly integrates with our proprietary Linux-based imaging and inspection software which is a must for us. The provided EZ Builder Pro design tool made it easy to prototype and deploy the UI. The online documentation and Maple System’s support was a great resource as well.

ThruWave uses the 10″ cMT3108XP to view results and statistics information in our ThruWave Sentinel Standalone Inspection Systems.
They seamlessly integrate with both PLCs, which controls conveyor and divert functionalities of the system, and our proprietary Linux-based imaging and inspection software which is a must for us. The provided EZ Builder Pro design tool made it easy to prototype and deploy the UI. The online documentation and Maple System’s support was a great resource as well.

Very happy with the remote capabilities. It is going to increase our response time for remote troubleshooting and diagnostics. This will save having to send a team member clear across the country to diagnose something we could have done in our shop. Very happy, and am looking forward to utilizing this service in all our manufacturing products.
