What is Injection Well Control (HMI)?

An Injection Well is used to pump fluids related to oil and gas production into underground, porous geological formations. The HMI gives the operators an interface to view flow rate, volume, and pressure. It also allows for them to make adjustments for efficiency and safety, making sure fluids remain contained, protecting nearby aquafers, and no unexpected pressure surges.
