How do I request technical support?

We have 3 ways for you to create a support ticket.

3. Create a support request online here

To speed up the process, please provide as much information about your problem or question as possible. In additional to your name and your company information, include the model number and serial number of the unit you are calling about, software version you used to create the project, a compressed copy of the project, and any other information that you deem as relevant.

No matter which way you choose, we will get back to you ASAP.
