Observer is a remote monitoring and system recovery technology built into select IPCs that helps ensure reliable, continuous operation.
Allowing for users to monitor system status and automatically recover from unexpected issues, reducing the need for onsite maintenance. If the system encounters an error or becomes unresponsive, Observer can trigger a reboot or different recovery action to restore the system back to normal operations.
Observer is especially useful for remote or unattended systems such as digital signage and kiosks where uptime is critical.
