Maple OITs and Modicon Bridge/Mux

The Maple Systems Operator Interface Terminal with the Modicon Protocol selected will connect to the Modbus port of the Modicon Micro, Compact 984 and 984 PLCs. In applications where the user requires multiple OITs, the Modbus Plus BM85 Bridge/Multiplexer (available from Modicon) provides four additional Modbus Ports. Each Modbus port enables you to connect one Modbus based device such as a Modbus-equipped Maple OIT. This allows up to 4 Maple OITs to connect to a Modbus Plus network.
