I’m upgrading my HMI500 series HMI and I don’t have a copy of the original project, the HMI is dead, what do I do now?

If you do not have a copy of the original project, you may need to reach out to the OEM or Systems Integrator who originally programmed the unit an find out if they have an upgrade path already created, or a copy of the original project files they are willing to share with you.

If you don’t know who the original programmer was, reach out to sales@maplesystems.com or 425-745-3229. If you can provide us with the serial number information, we can attempt to provide contact information if its available.
