I like it, works well in our application. I had trouble finding a touch screen driver that would simulate “touch down” but that isn’t a PC issue. I actually made the move to “WPF Windows Presentation Foundation”, good move for us because removes the need for a 3rd party driver. WPF gives us direct access to touch screen functions.

I recently did a project using the cMT-FXDX-820. I was able to connect this unit to an existing HMI 5070P v2 and share that units connection to an Allen Bradley SLC5/04 via it’s DF1 port to monitor data on the PLC. Using modbus TCP/IP we connected the new headless HMI to the original HMI.
Initially I had trouble setting up the connection, but the tech support at Maple systems worked with me to solve the issue and it is working perfectly. Thank you. -

It would be great if the media picture view object was available on this so you could view snap shots from FTP server

That specific feature is not supported by the SVRX series unfortunately. However, a headless model that can do that, would be the cMT-FHDX-820

ThruWave uses the 15.6” cMT3162Xv2 in our ThruWave Shepherd Benchtop Inspection System and the ThruWave Labeling Terminal to control and view results on the benchtop system and allow our customers to give feedback and data labeling on the labeling terminals.
The HMI seamlessly integrates with our proprietary Linux-based imaging and inspection software which is a must for us. The provided EZ Builder Pro design tool made it easy to prototype and deploy the UI. The online documentation and Maple System’s support was a great resource as well. -

ThruWave uses the 10″ cMT3108XP to view results and statistics information in our ThruWave Sentinel Standalone Inspection Systems.
They seamlessly integrate with both PLCs, which controls conveyor and divert functionalities of the system, and our proprietary Linux-based imaging and inspection software which is a must for us.
