Yes, you can change the brightness by adjusting the backlight on the HMI. There is a brightness control in the System Settings window on the HMI. In addition, you can use system register LW-9040 to adjust the brightness (range 0-31) or system bits LB-9040 and LB-9041 to adjust the brightness up and down, respectively.
