The leader in industrial automation and control solutions

Web HMIs are an easy way to streamline complex machine monitoring networks. As systems scale, constantly connecting every new piece of hardware to its own HMI can become a runaway train. But with web HMIs, there’s no need for tailored connections. System designers can simply configure a web HMI to a shared web server for fast access to any web-enabled device that’s also connected to that server.

Today, creating, managing, and launching web HMI systems just got better thanks to two Maple Systems Web HMI models: the cMT 10.1-inch and cMT 15.6-inch. These units bring modern connectivity, high-resolution displays, and instant HTML5 web access to the factory floor. Now, system designers have a go-to choice for improving their facility’s operations using next-gen, web-based control design.

The cMT 10.1-inch and cMT 15.6-inch are client-only web HMIs, meaning they connect to a server over Ethernet to display web-based interfaces like SCADA systems, PLCs, and more. The new units feature a Chromium-based browser to easily render modern HTML5 applications, delivering responsive, real-time data visualization under even the most demanding workloads. And setup is simple: connect to power, plug in an Ethernet cable, and enter the desired URL. That’s it.

The cMT 10.1-inch sports a 1280×800 WVA LCD, while the cMT 15.6-inch steps up to a 1920×1080 display. Both screens have 89° wide viewing angles, making them easy to read from nearly any position. A capacitive tempered glass touchscreen, 7H hardness rating, and fanless cooling make them durable for the long run. With NEMA 4/IP66 front panel compliance and PCB coating, the new web HMIs are proven to withstand industrial environments with high humidity, dust, and vibration.

In addition to dual Ethernet ports, the cMT 10.1-inch supports the M02 Wi-Fi expansion module for wireless access where cabling isn’t an option. This model can also securely connect to SCADA systems or servers via Wi-Fi, making remote access even better. Both models support EasyAccess 2.0 so technicians and managers can securely monitor and troubleshoot from anywhere, improving uptime and reducing on-site support needs.

The cMT 10.1-inch and cMT 15.6-inch Web HMIs are purpose-built for remote web access and support a wide range of applications, like CODESYS web interfaces and SCADA dashboards. No matter the use case, both units deliver consistent performance and crisp visuals. And because all logic and processing happen on-server, these HMIs run cooler, consume less power, and are easier to scale across a facility compared to traditional panel PCs or standalone HMIs.

⚡Plug-and-play setup

No drivers and no complex software installation. Just connect an Ethernet cable, enter the target web address, and go. Whether you’re accessing a SCADA dashboard, PLC web server, or cloud-based data center, these panels make deployment effortless.

🌐HTML5 through Chromium

Built around a Chromium 132-based browser (upgradable), both models support modern HTML5 standards for seamless interaction with web-based HMIs and SCADA systems.

🔍High-resolution displays

Coming in 10- or 15-inch options, our new web HMIs feature wide 89° viewing angles and capacitive touch with tempered glass for clear, responsive operation even in demanding environments.

🔒Encrypted remote access

Secure remote connectivity is built-in with EasyAccess 2.0, which includes encrypted VPN support (activation required). This allows authorized users to access systems from virtually anywhere without compromising network security.

🧠Powerful hardware

A quad-core processor, 4GB of flash memory, and 1GB of RAM ensure smooth performance for viewing dashboards, logging into cloud systems, or operating remote desktops using VNC.

🛠️Certified industrial design

Our web HMIs are reliable in harsh environments and for mission-critical systems. Both models are housed in NEMA 4 / IP66 compliant front panels with fanless cooling and 7H hardness tempered glass.

The cMT 10.1-inch is ATEX Zone 2/22 certified.
