How do I setup the IP Address of my HMI on a subnet?

Whether you are connecting a Maple Systems HMI to a PLC to communicate over Ethernet, or connecting your PC to an HMI to upload or download a project over Ethernet, you must know the IP addresses of all the devices in the local area network (LAN) to ensure successful communication.

In order for two devices to communicate over Ethernet, each device must have a unique IP address that is on the same subnet.
