If an HMI will not connect to the EasyAccess 2.0 server and
you get an Error Code 207 (Timeout SSL Connect), it is possible that the router
or cellular modem through which the HMI is connecting to the internet may need
to have the MTU (Maximum Transmission Units) setting increased.

Some routers and modems have a default MTU setting of 1420. Try
increasing the MTU setting to 1500. Then try starting EasyAccess 2.0 on the HMI
(Window 76 – EasyAccess 2.0 Setting window). It should now be able to go
online.
