How to Troubleshoot “failed to save project”
A recent Microsoft update now prevents MAPware-7000 projects from saving to any folder automatically backed up to OneDrive. This includes the “Desktop” and “Documents” folders. The step shown below may help to troubleshoot “failed to save project” errors and resolve them in most cases.

To resolve this, navigate to Project > Save As in MAPware-7000. Save your project to a different directory (such as C:/users/<your username>/). This should allow you to save your project without issue.
