“Driver Installation Failed” when opening the EasyAccess 2.0 app

The “Driver installation failed”
error is usually caused by an anti-virus program running on the PC. Try
disabling the anti-virus software and reboot the computer. Then try opening
EasyAccess 2.0 again.

If you still get the “Driver
installation failed” error, create a folder on the C: drive called tmp
(C:tmp). Open EasyAccess 2.0 and send the log file in the tmp folder
(C:tmpeasy_access_master_app.log) to support@maplesystems.com.
