Summary

This document provides a detailed guide on configuring and setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA)
to enhance the security of user access to the EasyAccess 2.0 domain. Implementing MFA ensures an
additional layer of protection, safeguarding your system from unauthorized access.

NOTE: Each user on the domain must configure their own Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup.


Solution

1.

Navigate to https://www.weincloud.net/login and log into your domain.

On the Home page in the upper-right hand corner click on your User Profile then click Edit my profile.

Inside Home / Account Settings find MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) then click Set Up.

The Set up MFA window will pop-up. Enter in your password, select a MFA type, then click
Continue.

If Authenticate MFA Via Email is selected follow the steps below:

a.

Click Send to receive an Email OTP Verification Code

Check your Email for an OTP Verification Code.

Use the login verification code in the Set up MFA window. Then click Save.

Ensure “Using Email Verification” is displayed on the Home / Account Settings page next to MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).

If Enable MFA via Email and TOTP App is selected, follow the steps below:

a.

Scan the QR Code to link it to your Authenticator App.

Insert the correct OTP verification code then click Save.

Ensure “Using TOTP App and Email Verification” is displayed on the Home / Account
Settings page next to MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).

7.

If Multi-Factor Authentication is active on a User then a Multi-Factor Authentication window will
present itself when trying to log into the domain.
